with Jack Eichenbaum
Jack Eichenbaum is an internationally regarded expert in urban geography, real estate research and computer assisted mass appraisal. He holds a Ph.D. in urban geography from the University of Michigan. He is a lifelong observer of NYC and other large cities around the world. His expertise lies in quantitative methods, historical urban geography, migration, ethnicity, and technological change. He is currently the Queens Borough Historian and an Instructor for our department at Hunter teaching a course entitled Geography of NYC Metro Area.
