Who do I contact if I encounter problems with my account?

Send an email to geohelp@hunter.cuny.edu for any computer hardware or software problem, printer problem, or lab-related environmental problem (too hot/cold). The more information you provide (e.g., describe the nature of the problem, an error messages, the computer name), the greater the chance your problem can be solved. This email is received by the Department's IT Staff, logged into the system, and one of them will be able to assist you. If this is during normal business hours, see Tom Walter for UNIX related problems or Nguyen Ngoc for Windows related problems in 1003 HN, or Amy Jeu for printer and scanner problems in 1090C HN.
