Congratulations to Steven Rivera, one of our Environmental Studies major, who was accepted into a Teaching Experience for Undergraduates program. This is a 7-week summer experience in which 12 STEM majors are accepted.  The TEU participants take a pedagogy course, either math or science, and teach an enrichment class to New York City public school students. Steven is one of 6 participants that will be teaching the science course. The program is sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York and will be run by the American Museum of Natural History and Barnard College.  Steven will be teaching at James Baldwin High School.
