Spring Food Festival: Powered by Plants

Organized by a team of students under Hunter's Green Initiative Fund, our festival will feature 100% plant-based food from local NYC restaurants (banh mi! wings! pasta! sushi!), games, prizes, art activities, and professional development opportunities. Our goal is to highlight the connections between our food system and our planetary health in a fun environment, and show what EVERYONE can do to advance a healthier and more resilient world!

We are also looking for people who are willing to work volunteer shifts for our festival! Under our budget, we are offering $50 per 3 hours worked. (Or a letter confirming your hours if you would like to be unpaid.)

Volunteer duties may include:

• welcoming attendees
• helping to set up the booths
• monitoring food, games, or activity booths
• helping to break down the event
