future adjustments, please review. Our
next lab meeting has been set for November 8.
Also, a new homework, HW#3 has been posted. (9) October 19: Please be advice that an explicit policy for the labs
has been set: lab reports will not be accepted from those students that were
absent for the class that the lab was assigned. Those students will get no credits for that
part of the course work. This policy will be in effect immediately; therefore
it will affect labs 3 and 4. (8) September 30: Midterm Exam 1 is a take home exam, assigned today and
due October 4th, by midnight.
You can either email it to me or bring a hard copy to my office (under

now available from the Lecture Notes link above. please download it and work through the
notes and the sections of the textbook indicated in the lecture. You will be responsible for asking
questions about this lecture in our next class meeting. Please note that this material will be
included in our first exam. (6) September 26: Please be advise that tomorrow’s class, Tuesday -
September 27, has been cancelled.

lab reports) is that work is due one week after it has been assigned. (4) August 26: Please be
