I sent a job to the color printer, but it still printed in black and white. What happened?

Change the printer properties from Black & White to Color, and resend your job to the printer.

• Click on the File menu and select Print.
• Select the color printer.
• Click on the Preferences button.
• Click on the Print/Quality tab.
• Make sure Color is selected.
• Click Print button.
