Awards & Scholarships
ASPRS: The American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is offering twelve awards totaling more than $35,000. Available to both undergraduate and graduate student-members of ASPRS and others, these resources have been generated with the intention of advancing academic and professional goals within the fields of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. ASPRS recognizes that students are the future of these rapidly evolving fields and encourages all who are qualified to take advantage of these unique opportunities. Application deadline is December 3, 2007.

Classes
ESRI Virtual Campus: Jot down 2-3 classes you would like to take and email Tom Walter (tbw@geo.hunter.cuny.edu) with that information and he will provide you with the course codes and instructions.
Software
One-year ArcView 9.2 and Extensions Student Edition: Students taking GTECH course are eligible for a free 1-year license for ArcGIS. Send your name, email, and course number to Tom Walter (tbw@geo.hunter.cuny.edu) and he will provide with a copy of the software.
