Article Abstracts:
You are required to submit abstracts of 20 articles from the Supplemental Readings list. Six of the articles should be those indicated by an asterisk (*) on the reading list. The other 14 are of your choosing. Abstracts of the first 10 are due in class on November 3rd. The balance is due in class on December 4th. It is up to you as to the specific abstracts submitted on those dates.
Each set of submissions should consist of 12 consecutively numbered pages. Page 1 should be a simple title page with your name on it. Page 2 should be a table of contents that lists the author and title of your chosen articles. The remaining ten pages should each contain a single abstract. Each of these pages should begin with a complete citation of the article. Abstracts should be in 12-point type single-spaced and occupy the entire page as close as possible without "spilling over" to a second page. About two-thirds of the page should consist of a summary of the article's key idea(s)/finding(s). The remainder should consist of your own personal analysis of the article. In other words, what did you think of it?
