Q. My U: drive doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. How do I manually
map the drive?

A. Right click the “My Computer” Icon on the desktop and choose “Map Network Drive”

Enter the information as follows and be sure to enter your user ID. Your user ID is your logon name.

 

Be sure to NOT check the “Reconnect at Logon” box. 

Click Finish and you should have access to your U drive.

If a dialog box appears asking for your user ID and password, there is a problem. Reboot the PC and try the mapping again.
